Contract

You are not obligated by any contract through my business. You are free to enter and exit this business relationship as you see fit. This reflects my confidence of the quality of my services.

I do require an on-site meeting before the initial cleaning begins to discuss your personal expectations. I am willing to travel as far as 30 minutes driving distance from Prague, OK for services. I will consider further distances, but additional charges will apply. As a safety factor, I reserve the right to refuse service to any person(s) based on my judgment.

Cancellation

There is no charge for cancellations. However, it would be greatly appreciated if you would give me at least 24 hours via phone or email that you wish to postpone or change your planned cleaning date.

Payment

I accept cash or checks. Payment is due before the cleaning begins. If you are buying any of my reoccurring packages, you can pay at the beginning of the month all at once or on the day of each cleaning.
